SnippetGuide can't grow without you! If you love the idea and are just as curious about the world as we are, join the community! Lets share our knowledge, so we could learn a lot on the way ourselves.

You have 3 ways to contribute. You can create a Snippet from the beginning to the end or you can either provide a script or add your voice to an existing text.

Check out the Snippet-Guidelines and get started!

Creating a Snippet

Find an interesting attraction and tell their story. It can be anything you think is worth telling. Even an ordinary stone could have a very interesting story that no-body knows about. Mostly though, it will be something like the Eiffel tower, London Eye or a simple statue you pass by every day, but don't really know what it's all about.

Gather the information and give it a go!

Provide a text

In case you would rather like to write and not speak - you are very welcome to contribute a script! A Snippet can be max 3 minutes long (which is about 360 words). So make sure that you won't get carried away and write too much. Also keep in mind, that the text will be read out loud. So keep the sentences short and simple!

Add your voice

Writing a script is not really your thing. You might also be a little too comfortable to do the research. That's alright! You are welcome to record texts created by other community members.

Give the snippets your voice and join us!
